I would usually rate this shop highly as I am from Langley Park and am a regular customer, but I ordered a child's meal with drink and meal deal with drink for adult, I only received 1 drink, when I call I spoke with a guy that kept talking in a foreign language to other workers then said I think I paked your bag, then engnored me and then a lady came on and said you didn't order a meal deal for an adult !!! When I said I did, she said sometimes it come though and the only way you can tell is by the price! I said I paid £7 that is a meal deal ....then she said or yes, someone else came on saying what drink do you like.... by then, I lost my patience and said, "Send whatever" as I can't believe the rigmarole just for ringing up about a missing drink. It went on a bit longer than that, I was made to feel like I was cheating them out of a drink, not on, and my food had gone cold :(

We were quite disappointed. We order from you a lot. We appreciate that food prices must rise as your costs inevitably rise but we don’t expect the portion sizes to shrink so drastically! For £18 the amount of food on our table was disgraceful. The large chicken kebab had four pieces of chicken in the pitta. The usually very generous dinner meat portion was measly and don’t get us started on the salad tub which was half empty. The last time we placed the exact same order in December it cost £14. Also why have the pitta breads literally doubled from £0.50 to £1 ?

Absolutely disgusting food. And delivery driver was an idiot, didn’t know how to open the gate and he didn’t know how to close it. Trust me people don’t order from here and go elsewhere

I ordered my meal at 16:55 and I was told it would be delivered by 17:55 it came at 17:20. Well impressed with the service. I had the steak kebab meal deal and it was lovely, the steak was cooked just right. The only downside was the drink that came with it. I would have preferred a Diet Coke but everything else was spot on.
